A careful exterior refresh
House washing for stucco, siding, soffits, and trim
Florida humidity turns the shady side of a house green and leaves a gray film everywhere else. A proper house wash is not a pressure wand held against the stucco. Kingdom Harvest uses a soft-wash approach on walls and painted surfaces, with pressure reserved for the concrete and pavers that can take it.
The result is a home that looks freshly painted without the paint, on Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, and Sebastian homes alike.
What is included
- Walls and stuccoAlgae, mildew, and the gray film that makes a light house look tired.
- Soffits, fascia, and trimThe overhangs where wasps, cobwebs, and mildew collect.
- Windows and screens rinsedRinsed as part of the wash so you are not left with spotting.
- Pool cage and lanaiScreens and frames cleaned of mildew, a common add-on with a house wash.
- Garage door and entryThe parts guests actually see up close.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- Evan looks at the exterior finish, the shady sides, and anything delicate like copper, cedar, or oxidized paint.
- Plants are pre-wet and protected; windows and doors are checked for seals.
- Soft-wash solution goes on the walls, dwells, and is rinsed from the top down.
- Concrete walks and the driveway get pressure cleaned last so the whole property matches.
What affects the price

- Square footage and storiesA two-story home takes longer and needs more setup.
- FinishStucco, painted block, Hardie board, and vinyl behave differently.
- Add-onsPool cage, lanai, driveway, and gutters can be quoted together for one visit.

Common questions
Good to know before you book
Will the wash damage my paint?
Soft washing is the method used on painted surfaces for that reason. Oxidized or chalky paint is discussed before the job so there are no surprises.
How often should a house be washed?
Once a year keeps most Treasure Coast homes looking right. Shady, north-facing walls may want attention sooner.
Can you do the pool cage at the same time?
Yes, and most homeowners do. Ask for it in the estimate.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. Evan needs access to water and the areas being cleaned, and pets kept inside during the work.
