Surfaces we coat
Garages, shops, floors,
and the outdoor slab.
Bare concrete stains, dusts, and soaks up oil, water, and whatever gets spilled on it. A coating seals the surface so it cleans up easily and looks finished instead of worn.
Kingdom Harvest coats concrete inside and out, for homes and for commercial properties. Indoor floors get an epoxy system. Outdoor surfaces get a coating made for sun and weather, because traditional epoxy is not built for that.
- Garage floorsFlake, metallic, or solid-color finishes over a properly prepared slab.

- Workshops and auto shopsA sealed floor that is far easier to keep clean than bare concrete.

- Patios and pool decksUV-resistant, exterior-rated coatings with a slip-resistant finish.
- Driveways and walkwaysExterior-rated coatings for concrete driveways and paths.
- Concrete steps and entrywaysThe first surface visitors walk on, coated to match.
How it is installed
Six steps.
Prep comes first.
- Surface preparation: the concrete is cleaned, degreased, and diamond ground so the coating has something to grip.
- Crack repairs: cracks are filled, imperfections repaired, and moisture levels checked before anything goes down.
- Base coat: the epoxy primer and base coat are applied as the floor requires.
- Decorative finish: colored flakes, metallic effects, or a solid color, whichever you choose.
- Protective topcoat: a durable, slip-resistant topcoat seals the finish.
- Curing: the floor is left to dry and cure fully before it goes back into use.

Indoors vs. outdoors
Epoxy inside.
UV-rated coatings outside.
Traditional epoxy is made for indoor floors. Left in the Florida sun, it breaks down and discolors. That is why patios, pool decks, driveways, walkways, and steps get a UV-resistant, exterior-rated concrete coating instead.
Around a pool, the finish matters as much as the color. Outdoor coatings are applied with a slip-resistant texture so wet feet have grip, and they are made for sun and weather rather than an indoor floor.
If your outdoor concrete is dirty or mildewed today, it gets pressure washed and prepped as part of the job, the same way Kingdom Harvest cleans driveways and pool decks.
For businesses
Warehouses, shops,
and commercial floors.
Commercial floors are measured on site. The team checks the concrete condition and moisture, talks through how the space is used, and puts the scope and finish in writing before the work is scheduled.
Ask about phasing large floors or scheduling the work around your operating hours.

Good to know
Questions about coatings
What is the difference between epoxy and an outdoor concrete coating?
Epoxy is an indoor system for garages, shops, and interior floors. Sunlight breaks traditional epoxy down, so patios, pool decks, driveways, and steps get a UV-resistant, exterior-rated coating instead.
Do you repair cracks before coating?
Yes. Cracks are filled, imperfections repaired, and moisture levels checked before the base coat goes down. Good prep is what keeps a coating bonded to the concrete.
What finishes can I choose?
Colored flakes, metallic effects, or a solid color. After measuring, Evan sends photos of finish options so you can pick what fits your space.
How long before I can use the floor?
It depends on the coating system and the weather. Evan gives you the cure time for your floor before the job starts so you can plan around it.
Do you coat commercial floors?
Yes. Warehouses, workshops, auto shops, and other commercial floors are measured on site and quoted in writing.
