What we clean for managed properties
Common areas, buildings,
and the details residents notice.
Kingdom Harvest handles the exterior cleaning that keeps a community looking managed: entrance features and gate houses, clubhouse exteriors, pool decks and cages, sidewalks and mail kiosks, building walls and breezeways, and the parking areas and dumpster pads that stain fastest.
Each surface gets the method it needs, soft washing for walls, roofs, and screens, pressure washing for concrete and pavers, so nothing is damaged in the name of getting it done quickly.

How we work with boards and managers
Written scope. Scheduled visits.
Photos when done.
- A walk-through with the manager or a board member, then a written quote by area so the work can be phased or budgeted.
- A certificate of insurance naming the association before the first visit.
- Work scheduled around residents, early mornings or quiet days, with cones and signage where walkways are wet.
- Completion photos by area, and an invoice that matches the scope, every time.

Good to know
Questions boards ask
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Kingdom Harvest is licensed and insured, and a certificate naming the association or management company is available before the first visit.
Do you work on a recurring schedule?
Yes. Quarterly and semi-annual programs for common areas are the usual arrangement, with a written scope so the board knows exactly what is included each visit.
Can you handle individual homeowner requests in the community?
Yes. Many associations send roof and driveway notices to homeowners; Kingdom Harvest quotes those individually and can group them for a community day.
How do you handle water and runoff?
Runoff is directed away from planting beds and storm drains where possible, and the cleaning solutions used on soft-wash surfaces are neutralized by rinsing. Ask for the product list if the board needs it.
